Yup, that’s right. Cupcakes.

Sweet, little, delicate ones with carrots and nuts so they seem healthy.

Pink Purl‘s pictures inspired me (especially the one with the bite taken out of it) and the link to the recipe is on her site.

Sometimes good things come in little packages. With cream cheese frosting.

And let me just tell you now that you’ll spend the rest of your life finding things to put that frosting on. Like PP, I used much less sugar (to taste) and I substituted a pinch of cardamom for the nutmeg. Di-vine.

What “little things” are enjoying today?

What little things am I enjoying today? I just enjoyed one of those delicious cupcakes. Yum! And I just had a joyful experience teaching a yoga class. Both, thanks to you.

beautiful breezy, balmy summer afternoon was enjoyed walking along J st. with my sweetie and finishing at the co-op. Our basket full with tomatoes and peaches, we look forward to peach-ginger bellinis to end the honeyed day.

Such fun you made the cupcakes! I like the idea of cardamom in the icing…must try. It’s Monday as I write–back to usual after the weekend, but there are always little things to savor…My first cup of morning tea on the patio, note from a friend, ironing (yes, actually! ;o) afternoon yoga in my living room in the sunbeam from the window… bliss! Happy Days… :o)

I’m gonna smear that frosting everywhere. “Kim, what’s that in your hair..?” Oops – frosting, took a bath in it this morning actually. Did you take that photo, Michelle? If so, well done. That’s fantastic. Kim
